You can see in the order overview and in the order itself whether a data transfer has already been downloaded by the customer. The prerequisite is that you have created this data transfer in the respective order.
There are many settings in the Portraitbox store system. Now and then you can lose track of where to find which setting.
We have now built in a central search in the "Settings", "My account" and "Homepage" sections. Here you can easily find the information you need.
