Create name lists

If you take photos in a school or kindergarten and have previously received a list of names from the institution, you can easily import this when creating new access cards. An individual access card is then created for each child with their name and class or group.

If the parents have also provided an e-mail address, this will also be stored on the access card. This allows you to inform the parents by e-mail as soon as the photos are online.

Files

The lists can be uploaded as Excel or CSV files. You can see how the columns should be organised in these sample files:

First name and surname can either be entered together in column 1 (Name) or separately for first name and surname in column 4 (First name) and column 5 (Surname). It is not possible to combine both variants in one file.
