Emails end up in spam - what can I do?

It can happen that emails from your online gallery end up in the spam folder of customers (i.e. marked as advertising). As we want to send all emails in your name, the receiving server may think that this is happening without your consent.

If this is the case, it is advisable to set up your own SMTP server. To do this, simply enter the access data for your email account in the admin area under Settings / Email.
