Set up e-mail profiles

With the e-mail profiles, you can automatically notify your customers by e-mail. Easily increase your sales without having to send emails manually.

Do you want all customers who have not yet ordered to be reminded of the access data for their online gallery? All parents should be informed again one day before the photo day? No problem! Simply set up the corresponding e-mail profile in the customer and you no longer need to worry about anything.

Create e-mail profiles for customer groups

You can create up to 10 different e-mail profiles. You can define up to 5 individual e-mails in each e-mail profile.

You can define a "trigger" for each email. This is the event that must occur for your customers to receive the email. You also specify how many days before or after this event the customers should be notified automatically and whether the email should go to all customers or only to those who have not yet ordered.

Of course, you can write the subject and content of the email yourself and use useful placeholders so that, for example, the customer's access data is automatically inserted. Make sure that you only use the placeholders in useful places. If they cannot be replaced because the information is not available, the place in the email to the customer will remain empty.

Let your customers know in your privacy policy that you use the email address for notifications.
