Change Portraitbox domain
If you would like to change the name of your gallery (e.g. myphotostudio.portraitbox.com), please contact us. We can change the name for you.
Important: Your old address will no longer be accessible after the change. Customers using the old address may no longer be able to find your gallery. We therefore recommend that you inform all customers about the new address.
Renaming is only possible in an "empty" gallery without customer images. As we change a lot of files on our servers, this is the only way to change the name at short notice.
