Email profiles

The email profiles are currently available in beta test in version 11.1.

With the email profiles you can automatically notify your clients by email. Increase your sales easily without having to send emails manually.

For each email you define a “trigger”. This is the event that must take place for your clients to receive the email. You also define how many days before or after this event the clients should be notified automatically and if the email should go to all or only to the clients who haven’t ordered yet.

Of course, you can write the subject and content of the email yourself and use useful placeholders so that, for example, the client’s access data is automatically inserted.
