You can see in the order overview and in the order itself whether a data transfer has already been downloaded by the customer. The prerequisite is that you have created this data transfer in the respective order.
If you offer your customers to choose the crop or border themselves, you now have the option to change it again later.
You can change the crop on the order details page and then save it. Please only use this function in consultation with your customers.
If you want to attach a PDF invoice in the order emails, we have added the customer name in the PDF file name from now on.
If the child's name is registered with an access card, the name is now also displayed in the order.
You can offer your clients to comment on their order. These comments from your clients will now be highlighted in the orders. Thus, it is more difficult to overlook them accidentally.
If desired, it is also possible to include canceled orders in the export as an Exel file, CSV file or PDF document.
Simply click on Orders & Co. in the admin section of the Photographer Shop. You will find the export function at the bottom of each page.
In the filter function in the order overview you can also filter for orders that contain downloads.
You can also filter by which orders have already sent the download or not.
You can set any filter in the order overview in your photographer store and export only the corresponding orders. Ordering is then conveniently done in Excel format or as CSV or PDF.
In the order overview, you will also see the name of the corresponding order under the name of the clients who have ordered. This can be, for example, the kindergarten or the wedding party of a client.
You can mark several or all orders of a page in the order overview and perform an action. The orders can be marked as "paid" or "shipped", canceled, restored (after cancellation) or permanently deleted.
The filter you set in the order overview will remain until you reset it or log out.
Just click on Orders & Co. in the admin section. The filter is always in the upper right corner above the orders.
You can now specify whether your clients can leave personal messages in the orders.
You can also see the internal comments you have made for the client in the orders of this client.
In the filter function in the order overview, you can also filter for orders that have given a release.
