How to send newsletters with your online gallery

With your online gallery, you can design professional newsletters and send them to your customers with just a few clicks.

Design newsletter

Creating a newsletter is very easy. Here is a brief explanation of how the newsletter is structured and what options our newsletter system offers.

The newsletter is 600 pixels wide in total. The text is always placed 30 pixels to the right and left, so that 540 pixels are still available in the width. Images can of course be used in full width.

Currently, 4 different elements can be placed in a newsletter:

1. Pictures

A picture is worth a thousand words - this is especially true in email marketing. Place any photos in your newsletter, which you can of course link to as you wish.

Bear in mind that recipients download each photo when they open the newsletter. Newsletters are often opened on smartphones - small file sizes are therefore recommended. You can manage up to 100 MB of image data in the newsletter tool and use it for your newsletters.

2. Texte

Hier kannst du Fließtext schreiben und individuell formatieren. Links im Text sind selbstverständlich möglich. Dieses Element eignet sich z.B. für die Einleitung oder den Abschluss eines Textes.

3. Buttons

A button is a button that prompts your customer to call up a link or send an e-mail, for example. Here too, you can choose between 3 sizes and different colour settings.

For each of these elements, you can define the background colour of the element (default is white).

4. Separator

The separator is a small spacer that can be used in 15 pixels (small), 30 pixels (medium) or 45 pixels (large).

Select settings & distributor

The subject and the internal name of the newsletter are defined here. A newsletter is only ever sent in one language. If you have recipients who have opted for different newsletter languages, please create one newsletter per language.

Then select the distribution list to which the newsletter should be sent. This can be all recipients or, for example, only those who have already ordered from you.

Send newsletter

You can send a newsletter in advance as a preview to your registered e-mail address or to other e-mail addresses. You will then receive these emails immediately.

If you are happy with the newsletter, you can send it to your mailing list. So that we can plan the dispatch of all photographer newsletters, you can always send the newsletters one hour before every full hour. (Example: If you decide to send a newsletter at 10:50, we will send it at 12:00).

Of course, you can also prepare your newsletter at your leisure and send it later. Simply enter the desired day when sending (max. 1 year in advance). This makes it possible, for example, to plan all planned marketing campaigns for the year in advance and send them out on time.
