Set up Brevo - Portraitbox Support

If you don't want to use Portraitbox's integrated newsletter system, we offer you the connection via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue & Newsletter2Go).

In this guide we will show you how to link Brevo to your online gallery, to collect newsletter subscriptions in your Brevo account.

1. Create an account

Please set up an account with Brevo:
https://www.brevo.com/de/

2. Create API data

In your Brevo account, click on your company name in the top right-hand corner and then on SMTP & API.

Here you create your API key, which you store in the admin area of your online gallery under Settings / Emails / Newsletter.

Important: you will only see this key once. Save it securely.

3. Create a list

You can create a new list in your Brevo account under Contacts / Lists and enter the ID of the list in the admin area of your online gallery under Settings / Emails / Newsletter.
